There is much contention over the scores, both how they are assessed and what they mean, so I’m not suggesting businesses necessarily need to be concerned with building up a score on this site. However, whether or not Klout’s methods and results are worth taking seriously, that doesn’t mean there is absolutely no value in trying to notice behavior patterns and tracking social influence online.
